Leaning into Lessons of Love from Wise Women”
Julian of Norwich
“All shall be well,
And all shall be well
And all manner of things
Shall be well”.
Julian of Norwich
Take those words in.
Words for now.
Words of deep listening.
These are the words that Jesus spoke in a vision to a young women called Julian, living in Norwich, England during the 14th century. Julian was a mystic who lived during the time of pandemics in Europe. Over the course of several decades, she wrote down the words received into sixteen Revelations of Divine Love. This was the first book written by a woman in the English language.
Why Julian for today's time?
Julian's voice speaks to us across the ages.
The lessons of love that Julian shared through her writings are lessons for us today as we move through this time in our history
Words that speak of God's unconditional love and mercy.
It is a voice we need to hear . . .
As we listen deeply to see how God is speaking to us.
