Retreat at Well of Mercy
Blessed Be The Longing That Brought You Here.
Join us for an inner and outer journey to your Heart. This guided retreat will be an introduction to the tapestry of weaving toward the Heart with an introduction into Celtic practices that support the journey.
The beauty of nature at Well of Mercy is a perfect setting to allow yourself time and space in nature to listen more deeply to the Spirit within and around you. There will be time for inner reflection and time apart to listen deeply in the journey to the Heart.
The retreat includes opportunities to weave together ancient and modern wisdom for rest, reflection and renewal utilizing Celtic practices. The retreat will give you a chance to pause and seek the Sacred using Celtic practices that include solitude, silence, prayer, meditation, meditative music, scripture, reflective questions, journal writing, mindfulness,Celtic vision board, and time in nature for walks and forest bathing.
Celtic practices and themes will be part of the tapestry that is woven during this retreat. Themes from the book Celtic Heart-Reflections for Life's Journey by Liz Babbs and selected readings from Prayers for the Earth by J. Phillip Newell and To Bless The Space Between Us by John O'Donohue will be included in the retreat.
Our retreat introduction begins on Sunday, October 4 at 4pm via a ZOOM call; allowing time to meet each other and have conversation before entering into the quiet. During the call we will lay the foundation for our guided retreat as we prepare to enter into a time with the Sacred.
Special services of Spiritual Direction, Massage and Healing Touch are available for additional fees. You will receive information on your confirmation email concerning contacting providers. If you have questions about a service, please contact the providers directly.
